Easiest way is to static balance. Just jack you race car up enough where the tire is off the ground. The heavy part of the tire will rotate to the bottom which usually is the valve stem. Take a mag wheel weight about an ounce and stick 180 degree from the valve stem. That usually does it. You should be able to spin it now and it will stop anywhere which shows its balanced
